The future is just around the corner and because of the development we see all over the world in these days, we definitely believe that we need to have a more sustainable global view i.e. climate, healthcare, economics and more. Humans needs to think bigger and wider to change the situation we see in front of us. And we need to do it with our shopping bags and in our daily life.
We give our customers the possibility to choose healthier and more sustainable alternatives to especially products made from fossil oil. We have dedicated ourselves to hemp, since hemp is one of the most sustainable and CO2 neutral plants on earth – even if you burn it as heating.
We look for hemp products all over the world, and our principle guidelines are:
- #Sustainable – not only the plant by it self, but all supply chain, for humans involved, water consumption, secure handling of waste products, manufacturing, economics and not at least transportation.
- #Transparent – we make sure that our suppliers is cooperating from a transparent state and have open and friendly relations to both suppliers and customers. We are open about income, taxes and expenses if anyone asks. We pay tax in Denmark.
- #Honesty in communication and that no one in the supply chain is greedy beyond normal income.
- #Ethical manufacturing – Our business is more than just the products. We ensure all our manufacturers operate safe and comfortable working conditions, enforce a strict no child-labour policy, ensure reasonable working hours, pay at or above award wages and paid overtime.
This means that the products sometimes gets a little more expensive that the cheap ones from the hiper malls. And so it is.
